When a customer makes an online booking via Slick, the business they have booked with has 60 minutes to approve the booking.
If the customer makes the booking during business hours, the business will have 60 minutes from the time the booking is made to approve it. If the customer makes the booking outside of business hours, the business will have 60 minutes from their opening time to approve the booking.
The approval process for the customer
While the customer waits for the business to approve their booking, they can see their pending appointment by tapping the person icon on the top left of their Slick app. Under My Bookings they can view their Pending appointment(s).
Once the business approves the customer's booking, the customer will be notified via SMS/email and the appointment will display in the My Bookings section of their Slick app, under Upcoming.
When the customer taps the upcoming booking it will display the details of their appointment.
At this point, the customer can click NAVIGATE which will open up Google Maps and show them how to get to the listing location from where they are.
The customer can also click ADD TO CALENDAR, which will add their appointment to their phone calendar.
